Shuttle Instructions:
Please note, our pick up spot is not located with other rental car shuttles. Follow the ground transportation signs to Level 1. Proceed to Zone 3, Passenger Pick-Up number 10. Look for the red, FINE Airport Parking / SIXT shuttle on the third island.
After a quick 5-minute ride in the shuttle, you will arrive at our SIXT branch located inside the Pre-Flight Parking Garage. Once you exit the shuttle, the SIXT branch is located straight ahead.
By car
Access the garage via Airport Blvd.
From I-45, take the Exit 38 on to Monroe Rd and turn to head South. After 0.9 miles, turn right onto Airport Blvd. In 0.7 miles, turn into the parking garage and follow the signs for SIXT Return.
From Telephone Rd (Highway 35), turn East on to Airport Blvd. After 0.9 miles, turn into the Pre-Flight Parking garage and follow the signs for SIXT Return.
Return information
Please return your SIXT vehicle at 7901 Airport Blvd in the Pre-Flight Parking Garage and follow the signs for SIXT Car Return to drop off the vehicle. Our SIXT branch is approximately a 7-minute courtesy shuttle ride from the Airport. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you would like to be at your terminal.

Rented through economy bookings. Had a great experience since the moment we arrived. Lady in front was very courteous. We parked our vehicle on top floor to rent a bigger vehicle for an extended family vacay. Gentlemen with dreads that finalized paper work was very nice and professional. I saw a shuttle picking up people taking to airport and back. Upon returning vehicle same lady that greeted us was there very nice and professional. Was a very fast return. I was even 3 hours late and was charged a fair price. I will definitely rent from here again. I thank you all that helped.

My first experience was really rough! The guy who handled my rental agreement over charged me for his on benefit and then asked me for a $40 cash tip in order to allow my debit card payment when SIXT takes credit or debit! He also Sexualized me and made me feel very Uncomfortable but he has been fired. When I returned the vehicle I wasn’t sure where to park the vehicle for return the signs aren’t visible enough nor is the direction. I parked the car in the wrong place and they got very loud and irritated with. I walked away one lady came out banged ok the window with her fist and tried to open the door while arguing I just pulled off to the return area. I decided to try them again and Thanks to Ronae Thomas and her manager my experience was pleasant! I inform them of my previous issues and they handled them with so much care and concern. The vehicle I had was having a few maintenance issues I had to bring it back to exchange they took care of me nicely then and the Maintenance guy also was very pleasant. Please @SIXT acknowledged those three people for their hospitality and generosity! They definitely turned my view of this company around.
