Had an amazing experience with SIXT, rented a car for a month whilst there - very easy process, after a long long flight in from Australia I was greeted by the most lovely manager Stephanie for the rental process, even got an upgrade to a brand new SUV which was a beauty to drive, big thank you to Stephanie for your pleasant service, returning the car was a breeze also greeted again by Stephanie. Just a side note - any foreigners hiring a car in Newcastle please be vigilante on paying the toll online on time as I forgot once and now waiting for my fine which is a hefty one, my fault as it’s a different process in Australia and it slipped my mind! Will definitely hire from SIXT in Newcastle again when I come back later in the year or next year. Thanks again!
