Cars are fine, employees who work there are fine as well, but it seems that this particular shop is understaffed, and during busy hours (like Friday afternoon or weekends) you’d have to wait to get attended, so plan accordingly. Also, if you want to avoid purchasing full coverage, make sure to bring in a card which doesn’t have ‘debit’ on its logo - i.e. ‘visa debit’. Also, Revolut cards are not accepted. Otherwise you’d have to pay for the full coverage.
