Sixt is head and shoulders above competitors at EVE airport and I cannot recommend enough. I visited Lofoten in Summer of 2022 and had issues with a competitor who simply did not accommodate for my plane landing at 18:00 on a Saturday afternoon and left me stranded. Whereas with Sixt, they have staff working later and were there to assist with my visit in winter 2025. Additionally, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to reduce the dates of my trip by one week and was kindly advised that this would be no problem. Overall I definitely recommend.

Had great experience with this company for my winter arctic road trip..just a heads up for for new renters, do not take the pre paid fuel thing from the counter. There is a petrol station right outside the airport less than 1 km.
