The sixt office at T2F was easy to find. We were met by a friendly agent at the counter for a 3 week rental. He did a great job at explaining insurance policies and inquired about our trip. After telling him we would be doing a lot of kilometers he upgraded our bmw1 series (fuel) to a 3 series break (diesel). The vehicle was in great condition and we had a fantastic trip.

My husband and I are in France and we had a tire puncture on our rental car. We don’t speak French and Sixt made this entire process seamless and very easy for us. We called the Sixt roadside assistants line and they immediately dispatched a service vehicle to come fix our tire. Upon arriving, it was clear the tire was punctured and would need to be towed for further repair. They arranged our transport from the car to their closet location by taxi, had a new car ready for us when we arrived, and closed out our current rental. I have been using Sixt for US and European rentals now for a few years and have found them to have excellent customer service and competitive pricing. Definitely my go to car rental firm.
