I had no chance to rent a car, but I was lucky to communicate with Robert and Bona (rental managers) right after my terrible customer expérience with particular manager in Europcar Nanterre. So guys from Sixt Nanterre were really polite, have been trying to support us somehow: proposed different vehicles’ alternatives, tried to help us with the card payment in different ways. They as well helped me to settle the issue with mistaken money retrieving from another Sixt agency in which I had rented a car previously. Politely and with smile. 5 stars to these guys
