We reserved an automatic car on the website that ended up being a manual in reality. After some friendly discussion, we were upgraded for free though and were therefore happy with the service.
Return after closing hours is not possible which is indicated on the website, but maybe a bit of a downside to take into account.
Make sure to have proof of the reserved car being automatic (if not mentioned in the reservation confirmation) , to make sure you get what you need. We had a screenshot of the offer online.
