I rented a car from this location for 30 days and everything was great! I ha no issues crossing borders and Harun at the office was amazing since I had to switch vehicles and had everything set up for a smooth return in Bucharest. I highly recommend this location for car rentals in Sarajevo.

I hired a car from here for a week and the 2 men I was served by were friendly, polite and so helpful. They made sure I knew everything I needed to before setting off and made pickup so easy.
While I was away, the windshield got a crack in it and when I returned the car, the service rep was kind and helped me sort everything out so easily. I was very relieved to have taken out the tyre and windshield protection!!! All I had to do was sign a form and be on my way.
Such a professional and seamless experience. If I'm ever back I'll hire from these guys again.
