Your way to SIXT
The SIXT branch is located on the lobby level of the Wyndham Grand Hotel. To the left of the reception, there is a glass door. When you go through it, you will see the SIXT branch on the right side.
With public transportation
The main train station and the central bus station in Salzburg are only 300 meters from our SIXT branch. After leaving the station building, cross Südtiroler Platz. Keep to the right at the next intersection and turn into Fanny-von-Lehnert-Straße.
By car
Coming from the A1 motorway, take the Salzburg Nord exit in the direction of Maria Plain/Itzling. At the second intersection (just before the railway underpass), turn right and follow Bahnhofsstraße along the railway tracks. At the roundabout, take the right exit into August-Gruber-Straße and then immediately turn left into Elisabethstraße. At the next traffic light, turn left into Karl-Wurmb-Straße. The Wyndham Grand Hotel Salzburg Conference Centre is located on the left side.
SIXT Parking
There is no option to park or temporarily stop private vehicles. Therefore, we recommend arriving by public transport. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
Return information
Please park your SIXT vehicle on level -3 in the parking garage of the Wyndham Grand Hotel Salzburg in one of the designated SIXT parking spaces. Please leave the ticket you received upon entry in the vehicle.

I really need to thank the staff, you just made my trip wonderful!
I reserved a car but was rejected at the counter since the new policy that China Drivers License won’t work in car rental in Austria.
The stuff was so helpful that he suggested a solution and made calls to Sixt branches in Germany to confirm that I can rent a car there.
