Rented a car a month ago , but done the stupid thing , and brought insurance with a 3rd party. Car was perfect, staff friendly, But , when I had to return the car , I had a flat tyre , so I swapped it with the reserve.
At drop off they charged me $500 for the flat tyre , and they said , they going to fix the tyre , send me an Invoice that I can claim on the insurance and send me back the rest of the money. None of this happened. No invoice , no money , no communication since. Ruined my whole 5 star experience with them.
Update.
After long days of wait , and a couple of emails sent , they finally issued a refund.
I will recommend, if anyone rents a car , do not go for the cheapest option , and book insurance with other companies, instead just go with the full insurance that the rental place gives you , and it will save you the hassle.
