The guy at the airport sixth service desk was the most polite fullness person you could meet. And my wife and I were astounded with this guys knowledge of his industry

Customer service is great the staff memberwas very friendly and happy to provide me with as much information as possible. In regards to the car, the seats could do with a good wash unfortunately as you can see the stain marks all over them. My main complaint though would be that I asked to not have a van and well that was what I was given when the original car booked was not available.
