Car was great, fairly new, clean, ran great, but no one was at office during open hours for dropoff an hour early. Phone call yielded only fast speaking Spanish menue system, no English option, and pushing 0 for operator gave on joy. Person did show up at drop-off time and recieved car. No nitpicking or extra charges. I would use again, but would ask more questions to rep. at pickup. Rep was very personable.
