We ran into a hiccup with our other car rental company, but Sixt was very helpful in getting our situation sorted out. Lily and Jacob were amazing!

Joe checked us in and was really helpful. We were given a free upgrade to a very nice VW Arteon. I used my CC insurance coverage and had no issues. There was some damage not on the check in slip to the vehicle. I made a video of the car prior to leaving their lot but I did not need to use it. Jakub was our check out representative. He was pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use Sxit again.

The check in was easy thanks to the staff. Our person was very helpful. Remember if you are renting you will need insurance. Car was clean and ready when we arrived
